Vacation is just around the corner, and you’re in the mood to travel. You want to dig your toes into the sand, go snorkeling, or explore a new city. If only there weren’t always that annoying process of booking and comparing prices first. Most people turn to booking platforms for this. But that isn’t necessarily the best choice.
Price comparison websites have to make a living, too. This can be done through advertising, the resale of customer data, or by selling the best—that is, the top—spots on the platform to the highest bidder. Subscriptions are also a popular option.
The rude awakening comes at the end
So what seems like a bargain flight for 19.90 euros can quickly turn into a trip costing more than a hundred euros. There’s a booking fee on top of that, you pay extra if you want to bring a suitcase, and by the way: the price is only valid if you sign up for a subscription. That’s free for the first month, but then costs 69.90 euros a year. Of course, you’ll also be offered insurance and the occasional useful gadget. Like automatic check-in—for a fee, of course.
I’ve been through all of that myself. Since I’ve traveled a lot for work, I’m familiar with just about every booking site. Booking through them is the easiest way—but it’s not necessarily the best or cheapest. After all, every trip is different. Every traveler is different. A family with young children has different priorities than a backpacker on an adventure vacation.
The Solution
Wouldn't it be nice to have a reliable point of contact —a real person, not an AI assistant or an overworked customer service representative on the phone? I'm here for you.
Let's work together to plan the vacation you want. Without any pressure to book this or that extra. Because you are my only business partner and customer. Only your wishes matter.
I'll take care of
- Arrival/Departure (flight, train, public transportation, transfer to hotel/Airbnb)
- Accommodations (hotel, vacation rental, Airbnb, Couchsurfing, etc.)
- Logistical matters such as visas, ESTA, and other entry formalities
- Travel Itinerary (What to see, how to get there, hours of operation, tickets, restaurant recommendations, etc.)
- Transportation on Vacation (Public Transportation Pass, Uber, Rental Cars, etc.)
- Troubleshooting (in case something goes wrong, such as a pickpocketing incident, problems with your accommodations, or a last-minute change of plans on your part)
- Things people often forget: cell phone roaming outside the EU, local laws and regulations you should be aware of, dos and don'ts in your vacation destination, insider tips from locals, etc.
Why I'm the Best Person to Help You
I’ve been traveling the world since I was very young. It’s always been important to me to avoid the typical package tours. I wanted to see the country and meet the people, get to know the culture, and simply have a unique experience. That’s why I’ve organized my own trips. Sometimes this took several days, since there’s a lot to consider. The most time-consuming trip was to Japan. There’s a lot to consider culturally there.
Here are a few places where I've already left my footprints:
- England
- USA
- Mexico
- Japan
- Thailand
- Australia
- Canada
- Hungary
- Romania
- Spain
- Egypt
- India
- Sweden
- Singapore
- Italy
- Portugal
- UAE
