Erecting the maypole, the Perchten parade, the solstice bonfire, and maybe even the Daffodil Festival—these are the customs everyone knows. But there’s so much more!
I’ve learned so much more through my work as a journalist. I’ve had the privilege of getting a glimpse behind the scenes. I’d like to share some of these traditions with all of you during a presentation.
What's it about?
The presentation, which lasts about two hours, will feature photos, videos, and information from:
-
- Wrestling at the Hundsstoa
-
- Bell-Ringers' Run in Ebensee
-
- Boys' Carnival in Imst
-
- Wreath-Riding in Weitensfeld
-
- Installing palm slats in Imst
-
- Tractor World Championship at the Großglockner (less traditional, but all the more spectacular)
Here are a few impressions:

What is the process?
First, there will be some photos, videos, and information. Then you can ask me all the questions you want. In between, there will be a few regional specialties to try, to get you in the right mood.
How much does it cost?
Two hours of informative presentations with plenty of “aha” moments, unique photos, and culinary tastings in an air-conditioned room are available starting at a flat rate of 350 euros.
Where can I book this?
Right here. Just fill out the contact form, and I'll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
I'm looking forward to meeting all of you in person soon!
