Eine einfach Methode um herauszufinden, ob ein Ei frisch ist, ist die Wassermethode. Einfach das Ei in ein Glas Wasser geben. Sinkt es zu Boden, ist es frisch, schwimmt es, ist es älter. Was aber nicht unbedingt heißt, dass es deswegen verdorben sein muss!
